Job Description

This is a remote position.

GoShare is seeking a driven and resourceful Driver Support Specialist to join our growing team! In this remote position, you'll provide exceptional support to our network of independent drivers, ensuring a smooth and successful experience on our platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional first-contact support to drivers.
  • Assist drivers with registration, and account management.
  • Proactively identify and address potential driver concerns.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Answer questions about deliveries, earnings, and company policies.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team for further resolution.
  • Stay up-to-date on platform updates and policies to provide accurate information.
  • Troubleshoot common app and platform issues, offering clear and concise solutions.


Requirements

Qualifications:
  • Associate degree or higher, preferred but no required.
  • Proficient in Google Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (remote or in-office).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience in the gig economy or familiarity with remote work is a plus.
