GoShare Cancellation Policy Enforcement

Reliability is important to delivery professionals that use the GoShare platform. Frequent and last-minute cancellations damage our relationships with delivery professionals and can create a financial burden on all delivery pros that rely on GoShare for a steady stream of well-paying projects.

This cancellation policy is an enforcement of the cancellation policy in GoShare’s terms of service (section 4.5).

Our goal is to reduce the number of customers who create and then cancel projects. This provides a bad user experience for delivery pros and is not acceptable. The intent of these fees is to discourage cancellations that damage our delivery pro relationships and encourage more reliable follow-through.

Cancellation Penalties

If you cancel your project after it has been accepted by a delivery professional you may be subject to a cancellation fee. If you need to reschedule or edit a delivery after you book it, please contact our customer service team using our our online chat at or email

The cancellation fee is $10 per delivery professional for any project canceled with more than 24 hours notice prior to the start time of the project. If you requested two delivery pros then you will only be charged the cancellation fees if both parts of your project has been accepted.

If you cancel a project less than 24 hour before the start time you will be charged a fee based on the vehicle you requested. These fees compensate delivery professionals for their gas, time, and lost income from the booked time in their schedule. All fees are non-refundable. If you requested two delivery professionals for your project then you will be charged two cancellation fees. Please see below the cancellation fees per vehicle type.

  • Helper: $20
  • Pickup Truck: $25
  • Cargo Van: $40
  • Box Truck: $70
