Contactless Delivery & Coronavirus Safety Precautions

During these unprecedented times, our first and foremost concern is the health and safety of our employees, customers, and the incredible contractors that use our app.

We are closely monitoring this situation, listening to directives from local officials, and following the advice of the CDC. Delivery services are considered essential services as a means of keeping supply chains moving. GoShare is still available in all of our service areas.

We’ve been proud to lend a helping hand in delivering critical supplies and shoring up business supply chains. From transporting medical equipment to providing distribution center support, GoShare is still Your Friend with a Truck.™

To keep these essential services in operation, we have implemented some safety precautions. Please follow these guidelines to help minimize risk to yourself and the hardworking delivery professionals on the front lines of this pandemic. They have been asked to follow the same guidelines.

Coronavirus Safety Precautions

  • Please avoid skin-to-skin contact and keep a six-foot distance from your delivery professional.
  • If you are unvaccinated, please follow the CDC guidelines for mask-wearing. If fully vaccinated, follow local guidelines for wearing a facemask and respect the requirements of any retailers or businesses at which you are located.
  • Wash your hands and sanitize any objects with which our team may come in contact, such as doorknobs. They have been asked to do the same.
  • If you feel sick, have had direct contact with someone that has a confirmed diagnosis of COVID-19, have been asked to quarantine, or are immunocompromised in any way, please do not book a project at this time.
  • Consider tipping your delivery professional. These hard workers are providing an incredible community service by continuing to offer delivery for customers that may not be able to go out and obtain items on their own.

No Contact Delivery

You may also request a complete, No Contact Delivery. Please make that request by leaving the instructions “No Contact” in the Additional Info section. You may also leave instructions for where you would like your item dropped off, such as your doorstep. Your delivery pro will contact you by phone when they arrive to alert you that your item has been dropped off.
