Our delivery professionals take extra care to protect your cargo and deliver it in the same condition that it was received. If an accident does happen, you can feel safe knowing that your property is protected by GoShare’s cargo insurance policy. GoShare also carries Liability Insurance and Hired Owned and Non-Owned Auto Insurance. If a GoShare delivery professional damages or loses your item while it is in their possession we will fix or replace it as soon as possible. Our insurance policy does not allow us to carry certain items such as: people, pets, livestock, grandfather clocks, fireworks, drugs, guns, weapons, hazardous materials, fine art/antiques, or anything that is illegal, extremely heavy and bulky items such as pianos, hot tubs/saunas, billiard tables, concrete slabs, and 100+ lb safes, items valued at more than $100,000; or anything illegal based on U.S. Federal and local state laws. Attempting to transport any of these items is a violation of our user agreement.
Click the following link to report an accident. As a condition precedent to recovery, a claim for any loss or damage must be filed in writing with GoShare within nine (9) months after the Project was completed.
