Adasel Global Partners LLC is comprised of Malon Wilkus and Jay Beam, former senior management from American Capital, Ltd., a publicly traded private equity and global asset management firm that was based in Bethesda, Maryland. American Capital had over $100 billion of assets under management in middle market private equity, leveraged finance, commercial real estate and structured products. American Capital was sold in January 2017 for $4.1 billion. Together Malon and Jay have held senior positions, served on boards, and invested in many companies across a wide range of industries.
