Responsibilities:

  • Manage all day to day functions of customer support
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, key decision-makers, and partners
  • Analyze customers needs and develop solutions to improve customer satisfaction
  • Ensure excellent service and communication from GoShare to retain revenue
  • Utilize product and service knowledge to strategically grow revenue through cross selling, upselling, geographic expansion, and uncovering horizontal expansion opportunities within the customer’s organization
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and engineering teams to exceed customer expectations
  • Advocate on behalf of our customers to GoShare executives
  • Presenting GoShare’s solutions and proposal generation

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Proven success in account management and strategic account development
  • Perseverance and persistence
  • Experience selling or managing accounts in logistics, transportation or SaaS
  • Self starter mentality – inherent desire to engage with customers and exceed goals
  • Ability to cultivate, manage, and build relationships
  • Ability to multitask and manage several responsibilities simultaneously
  • Proficiency with programs such as: Google Suite, Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, CRM, and Business Analytics tools
  • Excellent communicator both verbally and written

Preferred Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or graduate degree
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B account management or customer success
  • History of working in supply chain, logistics, transportation, Saas
  • History of working at a technology startup company

Hours: Full-Time

Pay: Base Salary, Healthcare Benefits, 401k

Locations: San Diego, CA or Work From Home

Work in our San Diego office or remotely within the USA (preferred states below). If working from home, you must have access to a reliable internet connection and working computer. This role is not eligible for US visa sponsorship.
